‘General Hospital’ spoilers suggest that while GH has seemingly put the storyline of Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) on the back burner for a week or two, we’ll soon return to the dark tale of Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) captivity karma.

Of course, the soap will take this week to honor the late Leslie Charleson and her iconic character, Monica Quartermaine, as they rightfully should.

Plus. Let’s not forget the shocking return of Nathan West (Ryan Paevy). Yet, we’ve missed our favorite criminal team, Kristina and Ava.

We all know Kristina cut the brakes on Ric’s car, believing it was Ava’s. Their tumultuous past ignited a mutual hatred between the two women that ran deeper than the Pacific Ocean.

Yet, somehow, they have formed a desperate alliance after Ava clocked Ric over the head with Alexis Davis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) decorative ornament.

Ava had an impulsive and violent reaction to Ric informing her that she wouldn’t be getting any more money, and he had turned the cash that Alexis had embezzled for them into bonds.

After Ava hit Ric over the head, they decided the best course of action was to hide Ric in Alexis’s basement.

Alexis agreed, having made a deal with Ava to hand over the proof that Kristina had tampered with Ric’s vehicle. In return, Kristina and Alexis will cover up Ava’s crime.

So, Alexis, Ava, and Kristina tied him up and used the ball gag she kept in her car’s glove compartment (naturally, where one keeps all their ball gags).

They silenced Ric and assured him that they would let him go after a month, when the bonds matured, and they could get their money back.

Ironically, Ric sort of earned this karma since he once locked Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in a panic room and tried to steal her baby.

General Hospital Spoilers: Watching Ava Coach Kristina Is Amusing
It’s also amusing that Ava has been coaching Kristina on the fine art of holding someone hostage and how to skirt the law and get away with it.

Kristina has never been truly confidant and strategic when it comes to committing illegal or questionable activities, nor has she been particularly smooth about it either.

Ava, on the other hand, was heavily involved in the Jerome family mob. She knows how to get the job done. When it comes to evading justice, the gallery owner has more lives than a cat and is as smart as a whip.

The exchanges between Ava and Kristina over their shared crime have been highly entertaining. Some GH fans wonder if a major twist is ahead for these two. Will they bury the hatchet?

General Hospital Spoilers: Look At Ava And Nina
After all, prior to becoming BFFs, Ava and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) were sworn enemies. Ava slept with Nina’s first husband and had a child with him.

Then, Nina induced labor and kidnapped Ava’s daughter, Avery Jerome Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), as some sort of warped revenge. You would think the two of them would despise each other.

Yet, Ava and Nina now share a close bond and frequently gossip over martinis. That said, we’re not so sure Kristina could forgive Ava. Kristina has the illogical belief that Ava somehow caused her to lose her unborn baby.

Kristina even took Ava to court for pushing her out the window, which Ava had not done. Regardless, she didn’t win because Ava hired Ric as her attorney. Ric effortlessly eviscerated Krirstina while she was on the stand.

However, it seems that Kristina and Ava have come to a new understanding in light of becoming scheming partners, which is, honestly, much more enjoyable to watch.
