Kevin Costner Reportedly Dating Director Kelly Noonan Gores, Months After Ex-Wife’s Engagement

Eight months after Christine Baumgartner announced her engagement to financier Josh Conner, her ex-husband Kevin Costner is moving on as well. The Yellowstone star is reportedly in a new relationship with director Kelly Noonan Gores.

Over a year after ending his 18-year marriage to Christine, Kevin, 70, is said to be casually dating Kelly, 46, best known for directing the wellness documentary Heal. While neither Kevin nor Kelly has publicly confirmed the relationship, sources suggest the two have been spending time together. Requests for comment have not been returned.

Kevin’s new romance comes after Christine finalized her divorce from the actor in February 2024, following a contentious legal battle. The former model—who shares three children with Kevin: Cayden (17), Hayes (15), and Grace (14)—got engaged to Josh Conner in January during a romantic beachside proposal in Santa Barbara, California.

“It was about to rain, so almost no one else was on the beach when Josh got down on one knee,” a source shared. “The couple has been going strong for over a year and even spent Christmas in New York together, where their relationship began.”

Though Kevin hasn’t commented publicly on Christine’s engagement, he has opened up about the emotional challenges of co-parenting during their divorce.

“You just do it,” he said in a June 2024 interview. “You keep talking, you keep coaching [the kids], and stay interested in what they’re interested in.”

In addition to his three children with Christine, Kevin also has children from previous relationships: Annie (40), Lily (37), and Joe (36) with ex-wife Cindy Silva, and Liam (26) with Bridget Rooney.

As for Kelly Noonan Gores, she too is navigating life after a long-term relationship. She and billionaire businessman Alec Gores ended their 18-year marriage in 2024. The former couple shares a 6-year-old daughter, Riley.

“It was excruciating,” Kelly said on her Heal with Kelly podcast in January. “Even though I initiated the conversation, neither of us wanted this. It was the hardest year of my life—extremely heartbreaking.”

Now, both Kevin and Kelly appear to be embracing new chapters in their lives—with each other.
