Hold Your Horses, “Yellowstone” Fans! “1923” Season 2 is Back, and It’s Bigger Than Texas

Saddle up, partners, ’cause “1923” is headin’ back to our screens, and it’s bringin’ a whole lotta star power, historical drama, and enough Texas twang to make a coyote howl!

That’s right, the “Yellowstone” prequel that had us all swoonin’ over Harrison Ford (yes, that Harrison Ford) and Helen Mirren (a queen in any century) is back for its second and final season. And let me tell you, things are about to get wilder than a prohibition-era speakeasy raid.

From Montana to Texas: “1923” Goes South

Now, we all know the Duttons are a Montana family through and through. But for this season, “1923” is takin’ a little detour to the Lone Star State, filmin’ scenes in both Austin and San Antonio.

“We wanted to capture the grit and grandeur of Texas in the 1920s,” one of the show’s producers revealed, adjustin’ his Stetson.

So while Costner might be open to a new romance, it probably won’t be with a fellow actor. This isn’t all that surprising. Over the years, although he’s been linked to many actresses, he’s also had meaningful relationships with people outside of the spotlight.

For example, his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner ran a handbag business, and they met by chance. He also briefly dated Bridget Rooney, niece of the former Pittsburgh Steelers owner Dan Rooney. Even with his first wife, Cindy Silva, who is an actress, their relationship began before either of them was famous.
